1. Photo Rights & Usage
All images remain the property of the photographer. Clients receive the right to use their final edited images for personal purposes (printing, sharing on social media, etc.). Please avoid adding heavy filters, cropping out watermarks, or using photos for commercial purposes without permission.

The photographer retains the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, or social media purposes. Clients who prefer their images to remain private may request this in writing before or after the session — and their photos will not be shared publicly..

2. Turnaround Time
Edited photos will be delivered within 2–3 weeks from the session date (or longer for events — timeline will be discussed beforehand). A small preview may be shared within a few days.

3. Payment & Booking
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Remaining balance is due on or before the shoot. Sessions can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled properly. If the photographer must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or an alternative date offered.

5. Delivery
Final images are delivered through a secure online gallery link. The gallery will remain accessible for 30 days after delivery, so please download your photos within that time.
